So You just got your pictures taken… Now what? Obviously you can make an album on facebook and make your favorite one your profile picture everywhere, and you can make it your phone background. But what else is there? How can you get your pictures into the physical world? I'm going to give your 5 ways you can get your pictures into the physical world so you can appreciate them everyday!

Album

This one is my favorite. I remember how much I loved looking through my parents old photo albums as a kid. There’s just something so special about having a coffee table book to flip through. Not only does it make for such a nice keepsake, but it also gets your photos seen! Your friends might not look through your whole facebook album, but they’ll for sure flip through that pretty photobook sitting in your living room when you have them over for dinner!

You can get photo books on websites like  snapfish or shutterfly. But if you want something really special that can be a beautiful heirloom, ask your photographer if you can order an album through them! They’ll do all the work for you, you just get to pick the style of album you want!

Wall Art

How many of us get our pictures done for our wedding, maternity pictures, family photos, etc. and never get them printed!? I think photography is an art just like any other artwork you’d hang on your walls, only way more personal. Make sure you are printing out these pictures to display in your home and remind you of all your favorite seasons of life. Just like with the albums, ask your photographer if this is something they offer!

Calendar

Whose mom, grandma, sentimental sister or even self doesn’t love a good family calendar? It’s so much fun to see a new picture each month as the year goes by. Make sure you get a calendar for your mom this Christmas, of course she wants to see pictures of her grand babies all year!

Ornament

Another Christmas winner! I love seeing our wedding pictures in ornament form every year as I decorate my christmas tree, and last year I got to add pictures of my first baby to the tree! Your kids (or yourself) will love to see how much they’ve grown each year and reminisce on memories everytnime you decorate your tree.

Trinkets

I’m talking things like. Phone cases, Playing cards, puzzles. All of these little things are SO much fun to have around and add such a personal touch and another great way to look at your favorite pictures! Shutterfly.com and Snapfish.com have a lot of fun little option for things like these

Which one will you do? Personally, I’m waiting until my baby turns one so I can create an album of his newborn pictures and first year pictures together!
